Return & Refund Policy

At Nexo, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Nexo offers a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and not installed
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • The product must be in original condition without any damage

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Products that are physically damaged after delivery
  • Products missing original packaging or accessories
  • Items returned after the 3-day return period

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as mutually agreed

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • The issue is reported within 3 days of receiving the product

5. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • In case of return, only the product amount (if eligible) will be refunded

6. Installation Condition

Products that have been installed are not eligible for return or refund due to security and usage sensitivity.

7. Inspection Rights

Nexo reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any refund or exchange request.
